A.J. Croce\, a Billboard charting singer\, songwriter\, multi-instrumentalist\, and performer\, returns this fall\, bringing Jim’s classic songs to the stage with his “Croce Plays Croce 50th Anniversary Tour.”  After 10 studio albums and 30 years of touring the world establishing his own career\, in the early 2000’s\, A.J. taught himself guitar and several of his father’s (Jim’s) classics. The fan response from dropping in a song or two like “Operator” in his own show was astounding and deeply emotional. He then debuted a concert that celebrated the legacy of his father’s songs\, stories and music; as well as his own. The show featured two generations of Croce music and many songs by other artists which connect father and son as performers. Throughout the past seven years\, A.J.’s “Croce Plays Croce” tour has sold out performing arts centers across America. DESCRIPTION:The Guess Who is a legendary Canadian band who enjoyed chart topping hits in the late 60s and early 70s with an impressive catalogue of songs including “American Woman\,” “These Eyes\,” and “No Time.” During the course of its career\, the band has released 11 studio albums\, and charted 14 Top 40 hit singles\, 2 of which went to number one in the United States. The Guess Who is best known internationally for its 1970 album\, American Woman\, which hit number one in Canada and number nine in the United States\, with five other albums also hitting the top ten in Canada.\nTheir fan base spans multiple generations. Very few bands have survived numerous member changes — let alone having smash hits with each lineup — but The Guess Who’s motto is “the music is the message”. \nThe most recent and up-to-date version of the band has mastered a wildly entertaining romp through the early hits mixed in with their current creations\, while managing to take the whole experience to a new level. Their most recent musical offering is stunningly sophisticated\, searingly emotional\, and musically eclectic\, while remaining eminently singalongable. Everyone’s favorite holiday event\, Shamrock Farms annual “Joy to the Herd” holiday celebration December 7th and 8th. \nA unique holiday event that combines a glimpse into a working dairy farm with festive and fun activities\, Shamrock Farms transforms its large Welcome Center Barn into a winter wonderland with holiday crafts\, face painting and more! Of course\, no holiday celebration would be complete without a special visit from Santa and Shamrock Farms’ own jolly spokescow – Roxie! \nThe holiday cheer continues with festive décor added to the cow-spotted tram as visitors take our fun and educational guided Farm Tour where they can get up close and personal with 10\,000 cows and learn about how our pure and fresh milk gets from the farm to table! Other tour highlights include a visit to our milking barn that accommodates 1\,600 cows (milking 200 at a time) plus a visit to our new Roxies Calf Petting Barn. \nReservations and pre-payment are required.
