DESCRIPTION:Nationally touring band\, Wiley Ray and the Big O Band\, are bringing you\, Roy Orbison Returns! Celebrating Roy Orbison! Bringing you all of Roy’s hits\, Pretty Woman\, Crying\, and more! Come out for a night to celebrate Roy and be taken back to experience what he was best known for\, his humor and amazing music. \nA singular event back in 2004 at a San Simeon karaoke bar blossomed into Wiley Ray and the Big O Band\, a nationally touring musical group paying tribute to one of the greatest singer/songwriter of all time. Wiley was already something of an expert on All Things Roy (go ahead\, ask him something) and a fan from the earliest days of Roy’s career so it was no stretch to go “Roy” all the way. It was fun\, but…. Wiley Ray wanted to do more: reach more people\, touch more hearts\, keep Roy Orbison alive in the memories of all those who had loved his music for decades\, and introduce a new generation to Roy’s magic\, music\, and stage presence. ROY ORBISON RETURNS was realized- a fully-scripted musical theater re-creation of Roy Orbison’s 1980’s concert era years complete with costumes\, lighting\, and staging while being faithful to Roy Orbison set lists and musical arrangements.
